My The Wedding Crasher Book Review - No Spoilers
Plot Summary
The Wedding Crasher by Mia Sosa follows Solange Pereira, whose romantic instincts compel her to stop a wedding after hearing the bride’s heart isn’t in it. That groom turns out to be Dean Chapman, a man whose marriage was a convenience and who swore off love. To save face—and his career—Dean asks Solange to pretend to be his girlfriend. As they fake date around Washington, D.C., their pretend relationship starts to feel very real, challenging both of their assumptions about love and commitment.
Why I Love This Book
I love how fun and witty the story is. I felt the charm in how Solange just couldn’t stay out of trouble—and how that led to something real. I love Dean’s tension between control and the messiness of love. I love watching them fake date around D.C., and how every moment felt like it sneaked up on me. I love the heat—when Solange and Dean finally let their guard down, it burned in the best way. And I love the supporting characters—Solange’s family, Dean’s colleagues—they made the world feel full and real.
Who Will Like This Book

⚠️ Trigger warning: This book includes themes of relationship anxiety, being left at the altar, and insecurity. It handles them with humor, but they’re in there.
